WESTPORT, CT — The Anchorage Waterfront Complex, a spacious three-building complex located along the Saugatuck River in Westport, recently sold for $4.5 million, according to a real estate agency.
Michael Spremulli and Bob Virgulak JR, principals of the MBPC Team with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, recently sold the Riverside Avenue property "in an unprecedented time," according to a news release.
The William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty team represented both the buyer, Mike Oz of Capital Equity Partners, and seller in the transaction.
"Mike Oz...is an innovative and extremely successful proprietor of numerous large office spaces in and throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut," Spremulli said in a news release. "When we presented Mike with this prominent waterfront property, The Anchorage, he immediately saw the enormous potential. Mike's mission was to create an inspiring work environment and community and capitalize on the outstanding water views. Mike wanted to provide an optimal and exciting work experience for employees, clients and the Darien community."
The property boasts a prime waterfront location, with 26,500 square feet of interior space comprising a three-building complex with ample parking.
Spremulli and Virgulak immediately recognized the potential of the property and were determined to find a buyer who shared and appreciated both its vision and value.
The listing can be viewed on the William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty website.
