NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Thirteen candidates have taken out papers for seven different races in the 2022 Tewksbury town election, Town Clerk Denise Graffeo said. As of midday Thursday, no candidate had returned their nomination papers, the town clerk said. The following candidates have taken out papers, as of Thursday. Incumbents are italicized.
