Our talented chefs Alex and Kimmie will be presenting a succulent four course meal that is perfect for celebrating a special night with your loved one. Each course will come with hand selected wines by our esteemed guest, Wine Specialist Kelsey Gorman. As you dine, entertainment will be provided by local acoustic artist Annie Grayce. Menu is as follows: Appetizer: Shaved cucumber with avocado crema and shrimp. Paired with Cuvée 20 Brut Russian River Valley from J Vineyards and Winery (Region: California, USA) Salad: Arugula and Arcadian mix topped with thinly sliced shallots, pecans, pomegranate, and a red wine vinaigrette. Paired with Mediterranee Rosé (2020) from Madison No. 9 (Region: Provence, France) Entree: Choice of: 1) Braised red wine short ribs over creamy roasted garlic polenta accompanied by roasted heirloom carrots. Topped with Bordelaise sauce made from the wine and short rib juices and fried shallots. Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley (2019) from Louis M. Martini (Region: California, USA) [or] 2) Salmon stuffed with goat cheese and spinach over creamy roasted garlic polenta with a Mornay sauce married with roasted poblano purée drizzle and topped with lemon twist.
