capping windows, dormers, siding exp needed

THIS is an short term job. re cap windows, dormers, install some siding on dormers, make water proof, redo some soffits with aluminum..closeup squirrel access holes, misc repairs. You need, a brake, 40 ft ladder, probably a 2 man job share $55 an hour. Probably $35 for main guy and $20 for helper. You need experience, know how, references, pictures of work, and insurance. tall 3 story bldg with some peak roofs. I will buy coil, siding, nails etc. You will provide good labor, good work. I don't pay for lunch time or lunch. My property manager will vouch for your getting paid. He's been getting paid for 3 + years. I expect honest good work. You can estimate how long the job will take when you see it.. Reply by email with photos..and tell me what you can do and why you're the guy I should hire. I prefer email response.
