This registration form is for Exhibitors and Sponsors of the 41st Annual Meeting of the Alabama Forest Owners' Association. GENERAL INFORMATIONEvent Timing: April 8-9, 2022 Event Location: Pelham Civic Complex, 500 Amphitheater Road, Pelham, AL 35124 Exhibit set-up time will begin no earlier than 7 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2022. Exhibits will be set-up in one segment of the Conference Center at the Pelham Civic Complex. Exhibits must be removed from the Pelham Civic Complex Conference Center by 12 PM Noon on Saturday, April 9, 2022. For more details about the annual meeting agenda for Friday and Saturday, April 8-9 see the agenda link just below. Friday will tentatively consist of an afternoon field day followed by an informal reception at L & S Small Engine Repair. The Friday evening Reception at L & S Small Engine Repair is open to all registered exhibitors and their additional registered personnel. The inside conference portion of this year’s meeting on Saturday will be a half day. Saturday afternoon will consist of Forest Management Discussions for attendees to visit at Oak Mountain State Park. The Alabama Forest Owners’ Association will be taking reasonable precautions at the 2022 Annual Meeting in light of Covid-19 health concerns, but it encourages those who are at special risk from the virus not to attend.
