Here are the top 3 stories in Buffalo today: Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown has endorsed Governor Kathy Hochul as she seeks a full term in the gubernatorial election later this year. Hochul shared the news of the endorsement on her Twitter page on Thursday morning. Hochul, who had been serving as Lieutenant Governor previously, took over as Governor in August following Andrew Cuomo's resignation. (WIVB.com - News 4)The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library system is now offering free borrowing of more than 100 games, including board, card, and dice games. Any Erie County resident age 17 and over who has a library card can choose from classic and modern games. Cardholders can borrow up to three games for up to three weeks and can return them to any of the 37 library locations in Erie County. (WGRZ.com)Buffalo residents have noticed an influx of crows in the city, particularly near Linwood Avenue and Elmwood Village. A source says the crows are flocking to Western New York due to their preference for cold weather. Locals should expect the birds to remain in the region until the wintry weather subsides.
