4 month old female beagle

I have a 4 month old beagle puppy. There is a re-homing fee. I’m losing money on her already. She will come with what food she has left, her bed. She is a indoors puppy so she will need to be a indoor puppy. She is around kids all day long, she even likes cats, I have one and she loves to play with him, he don’t like her lol. She was born September 19th. I got her off Facebook from someone.The reason I’m getting ready of her is we are never home, she needs more attention that’s can train her. She is getting trained on a pee pad but she does have accidents. She needs a big fenced in yard so she can run, she loves to go outside to play. She will be a medium size dogs.
