State Homes Property Solutions Inc. is seeking General Contractors/Handyman/ Preservation Contractors/Field Crew/Repair/Maintenance workers, who are experienced in preservation work to maintain and inspect vacant, bank-owned (foreclosed) properties in UPPER ALABAMA. We are a Regional Vendor in Northern Alabama for the oldest and highest foreclosed property owned National, Mortgage Contracting Services LLC. We work with other nationals as well. We are one of the largest nationwide property preservation companies in the US and Canada. We have been in the business for the last five years with our experienced vendors. We have an excellent reputation with our clients. Payment Term: Weekly (Every Friday). We guarantee you that we pay the highest in this industry and also on time. Express payment: 1 Business Day Bank Transfer. Compensation: Per Work Order Basis. ($400 - $4000)/week Work includes but is not limited to - 1. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Winterization, Snow Removal, Trash-Out, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, etc 2. Roofing 3. Electrical 4. HVAC 5. Plumbing 6. Mold/Discoloration 7. Rehab/Repair Furthermore, we are seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists, who can complete all the works as needed and pull permits when required. Requirements: 1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. 2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum. 3.
