We thank you for being patient as we take the appropriate precautionary measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 while providing the best service possible.   Solid Waste Staffing shortages and seasonal volume have delayed collections for the Solid Waste Division. Customers are asked to present their carts curbside on their regular collection day and leave until collected. Your patience is appreciated as we work to restore scheduled services as soon as possible Parks Due to staffing shortages, community and senior centers will operate at 50% capacity until further notice. Reservations for pick-up/walk-in basketball will be required during this period. Click memphisparks.com/rentals/community-center-rentals/ for a listing of community centers to reserve your time. All in-person programming has been suspended at this time, and we encourage Library patrons to support our many virtual programs taking place daily. 311 Staffing shortages in the 311 Call Center is causing longer call wait times. Citizens can also report issues by downloading the Memphis 311 app from the Apple store or Google Play store.
