The Town of Milford, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified building demolition contractors to demolish/raze the 30,000 sf. vacant building located at 127 Elm Street, Milford NH. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of the building, foundations, slabs, as well as, the demolition and removal of site improvements. The complete RFP and related attachments can be found on the Town's website at https://www.milford.nh.gov/community-development/pages/rfp-2022-001.
There will be site inspection of the building and property at 10:00 am on January 19, 2022 at the 127 Elm Street Building property to discuss this project and answer questions.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on January 28, 2022 at the Community Development Office. Two copies of the proposal shall be submitted. All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes, plainly marked, "RFP No. 2022-001 Professional Services, Demolition Services 127 Elm Street" on the outside of the mailing envelope and addressed to: Lincoln Daley, Community Development Director, Town of Milford, 1 Union Street, Milford, NH 03055. No faxed, e-mailed or electronic submissions will be accepted.
