Press release from the McHenry County Government: 01/13/2022 9:52 AM PRESS RELEASE  January 13, 2022 CHRISTIAN VILLARREAL SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State's Attorney, announces that Christian Villarreal, 28, of Harvard, Illinois, was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Honorable Judge Robert Wilbrandt after pleading guilty to Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, a Class X Felony, on January 12, 2022.  Defendant must serve his sentence at 85% and will be required to register for life under the Sex Offender Registration Act upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Harvard Police Department.
