Press release from the Contra Costa County Public Library: The Library is currently experiencing an interruption to the service that provides notifications about holds. Library IT staff are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, here are several other options for checking on the status of holds. January 12, 2022 Check your spam/junk email folder if you are not receiving email notifications for holds, items due, items overdue, newsletters, or when your digital downloads are ready. Your email program may be diverting these messages thinking they are spam or bulk emails. To ensure you receive notices or library newsletters in your inbox, configure your spam filter to accept email from these Library addresses as approved contacts: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] For newsletters, please also add ccclib.org as a safe domain in your email settings.
