Presonus Studio 1 v.4 or 5

I'm seeking help with Presonus Studio 1 v.4 or 5. I just downloaded the v.5 demo and I have not found it to be any user friendlier than v.4. My purpose is only for practice and performance with my MIDI instruments. I think this software has potential. My v.5 demo version is only good for 30 days from now. I do not know of a Presonus User Group in town. Any assistance is most appreciated. I'd love to be able to use this software. Thank you. David
