Description
What I am asking is what is the purpose of these restrictive voting laws that are being introduced and passed in mostly southern states. Some of these restrictions include:
*prohibitions on offering voters waiting in polling lines any food or water while they attempt to exercise their franchise.
*Restrictions on mail-in balloting and drop off boxes to one per county.
*No more pre-election day voting.
It would seem that one party is seeing a demographic shift in America and is willing to do anything to maintain their fleeting grip on power.
