English Mastiff needs loving family

It kills me to do this but my 8 year old English Mastiff needs a new home. I just moved back in with my grandmother and she doesn't tolerate animals at any capacity. This dog is almost too good to be true....he doesn't bark, bite, have accidents, or have a single behavioral issue. He was phenomenal with our daughter from the time she was born. I don't even leash him when walking around to he neighborhood. There is NO REHOMING FEE. It's not about money, I just want to know he's in a loving home. Any family he ends up with will be winning the lottery. You're going to be in disbelief that someone would ever be willing to let him go, and I'm extremely reluctant to do so.
