ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are searching for a dependable, responsible skilled laborer to join our team. The skilled laborer should always be looking to expand their skill set within the company while utilizing their transferable skills of expertise. A PC skilled laborer has an eye for detail, has excellent time management, communication, and exceptional organizational skills while having the diversity to perform an array of building and construction jobs. Responsibilities of the skilled laborer are but not limited to: • Utilize various standalone and power tools such as, but not limited to, drills, hammers, erecting and tearing down scaffolding, shovels, hand tools, and be proficient in reading a tape measurer • Move materials to and from worksite efficiently ensuring equipment and machinery are safely set up • Provide a clean and safe working environment • Ensure deadlines and tasks are completed on time • Assist team members and management with projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must have 5+ years of experience Must be a self-managed team player able to deliver quality results with minimal supervision Must be able to lift up to 60lbs at a time Must have own tools Must have reliable vehicle with updated license Willing to travel between sites Must be able to stand, and work, for long periods of time in extreme weather hot and cold
