Jo is the nanny in question. She is a rockstar. So she will not consider less than $150k annual. She is an RN that can command $150k, but prefers nannying. She has an undergraduate degree in child development. She is your first call before the doctor. She cleans (you still need a maid). She tidies up. She cooks, having been trained by my chef husband. She packs. She plans. And of course she’s excellent with children. She raised our son from birth till 3. She has decided to leave us (we live in Istanbul), and settle in the US where she now resides. Shes Filipino. She speaks perfect English, some Turkish, some Italian, some Arabic. And she’s wise. But not bossy. She will relocate.
