Position Title: General Laborer Location: 105 Weber St, Westphalia, IA 51578 Rate of Pay: Skill based (work ethic, CDL, welding proficiency, ETC.) Experience: No experience required Company Background: • We design and oversee the construction of all types of grain handing symptoms from the breaking of the ground until the system is 100% operational. • Our Goal as a company is to ensure that we provide the highest quality work available in the market while making sure all our customers are tended to the timeliest manner. • We provide Conrad American Grain bins as well as AGI Grain systems • We provide service/repair work on all grain storage & grain handling products Position Summary: • Carry out general day to day duties based on the crew you are working with. (Concrete, bin crew, repair work) • 40+ hours per week • Paid weekly Requirements: • Work Ethic • Able to lift 40+ lbs • Flexible schedule/able to work some Saturdays • Good listening skills • Good problem-solving skills Benefits: • Holiday/Holiday/Sick pay • 401K • Work bonuses • Opportunity for overtime
