Wanted: cat/kitten

Im looking for a cat or kitten, any age that can be an indoor/outdoor cat. Preferably with all its vacations, not feral, and litter box trained. I have a couple of acres for the cat to roam on and I can let him/her in at night to sleep on her/his own cat bed, a cat tree, toys, etc. I would also like the cat to be friendly with small animals if possible.
