Description
Need a PT maintenance worker who is capable of building maintenance for a 12 unit property, painting, trash pickup, landscaping, and any type of carpentry work on a need to do basis. Also handling all tenant requests. Required to keep in contact with the General Manager and Maintenance Director. Must have reno experience. Possibly lead to a full time position.
