I have 11 studios that will be available March 1st. Rooms range in size from 100 sq ft to 700 sq ft. Month to month lease agreement and no extra charges for anything. The pictures show floorplans with room prices on it, the highlighted number is square footage. The building has 12 ft ceilings, all rooms are on the first floor, gated parking lot, alarm system, camera system, every room is secured with finger print locks, heat and A/C, and wifi. The building hours are 9-10:30 weekdays and 9-12 weekends. I'm available to show rooms every day so come take a look. Rooms are for work space or office space, not for living in.
