ISO small breed dog

I am iso of a small breed dog. I live alone, and have no other pets at present time. I live in an apartment building, and am looking for a dog that is friendly, has a good temperment, and one that would not bark very much. The apartment requires that the dog be up to date on shots, and be spayed or neutered before being brought into the building. I can provide a good loving home.
