*PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* IMMEDIATE need for 1099/subcontractors to handle numerous projects for single family investment home renovations/flips. Looking to partner with RESIDENTIAL REMODELERS / SMALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS / HANDYMEN (2+ man crew) to provide at least several services in a renovations job scope. Also need to work with subcontractors offering the below specialty trades: *Licensed Electricians *Licensed Plumbers *Carpet Cleaners *Cleaning Services *Pest Control *Window/Glass Repair & Install *Garage Door Repair & Install All subcontractors MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add us as a Certificate Holder. Requirements for Remodeler/General Contractor: 1. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 2. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 3. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 4.
