I have several vintage or antique items that are valuable that I update or clean up & sell on several platforms and also to my friends and family members. I can do the same for you, and sell the items also for a small portion of the sale price. This can be furniture, collectibles, books, literally anything that you just don't have the time to research to find out the actual value or the means to update or clean up or whatever is needed yourself, if not sold by the agreed upon time frame, you can have your item back with no charge (any materials that I don't have will be needed before any repairs take place but that would be your only cost) & then you could sell the item on your own! I'd do all the research and obtain proof for you so you know the value of the item, we would discuss what you want done to it, if anything, and then I'd post the item for the asking price (we would agree on the lowest you'd take also and document that price in a notarized agreement of sorts) & once the item is sold, you'd receive your money & I'd get my fee! Fee is based on time required to get item ready to be sold, will always be less than half the sale value of the item, I enjoy doing this and would just like the opportunity to see some of the cool stuff folks have in our community. Plus it helps people get rid of unwanted or unneeded items without just having to donate those items or take way less because of a lack of knowledge on the value or a lack of time to mess with it at all.
