Our company is looking to add qualified field inspectors in your area. We perform a variety services such as equipment inspections, site inspections and collection assistance on commercial accounts, on behalf of banks and leasing companies. Timelines generally range from 24-72 hours. Urgency is key, but not at the expense of thorough, complete reports. Our clients expect a high standard of communication, timeliness and thoroughness. We expect the same from our inspectors. A high degree of due diligence is required. We have a collection assist account over in “Loveland, CO” we’re seeking coverage for. We need an inspector to go to a location unannounced during normal business hours, weekdays 8am-5pm, and we are trying to get a borrower on the phone with our client. In this instance, the borrower has defaulted on loan payments to our client. We are not looking for you to obtain their payment, we simply want to try and facilitate a phone call between the two parties. If you arrive on site and the borrower is present, you will call the client and place them on speaker. If they refuse to talk to the client or they are not on site, you’ll simply leave a call back card that we will provide to you. This inspection would also require 5-10 location photos including building, signage and address to prove your visit and there would be a one-page report to complete for the location. We will provide you with the report, call back card, and the instructions/photo requirements for this inspection. There is a secondary address on this account. If contact is not made at the first location we would have you proceed to the second address in Fort Collins, CO and follow the same steps. This account is due back as soon as possible by “6pm”. This pays “$75.00 + $5.00 for equipment photos and additional $10.00 if the 2nd address is visited”. Please let us know If you’re available & interested
