Farm worker with carpentry skills needed

We are a small, family owned Longmont business in need of a full time helper with farming/ gardening experience and decent woodworking skills to help us operate a small organic farm and CSA and also build raised beds, greenhouses, and install vegetable and perennial gardens for residential customers starting the middle of March. Must have: love of plants, the outdoors, a great attitude, excitement and ability to learn, good work ethic, be a good team player, ability to be flexible, experience with farm and carpentry tools, ability to lift over 50 pounds, valid drivers license, good references. We're passionate about being outside, growing sustainably, regenerative agriculture, growing great food, having fun, and impacting our customers and our community in a positive way.
