***Indoor Farm looking to add a new member to our well established Garden Team!*** We are a family-owned farm, producing high end, quality cannabis since 2014. If you are not afraid of hard work, reliable, don't mind getting your hands dirty, can stand for 8 hours a day and have a great work ethic, you will be the perfect fit for this position and excel in this industry! While this position requires high energy, hard work and attention to detail, it is an enjoyable job, working in climate controlled rooms, growing beautiful, rewarding plants. Duties include, but are not limited to, mixing nutrients, watering plants, manicuring, training plants, harvesting, taking cuttings, transplanting, keeping a clean and sanitary work environment and having a positive, can do attitude. Requirements: *MUST be at least 21 years of age *Be a motivated, team player, with a flexible schedule. *Ability to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude. *Possess time management skills *Work well in a team environment *Punctuality and reliability are vital. *Reliable transportation This is a Full-time position that includes some holidays. Pay is depending on experience and work Ethic. Experience growing is a plus, however, it is not needed to apply. If you are not afraid of working hard, we will train the right person.
