Hello there! I'm one of the producers of a USC School of Cinematic Arts advanced film production entitled "Standards." We are in need of a fully furnished place to rent out between January 29th and February 28th! We need a large dining/kitchen area, at least one bedroom, and two bathrooms. It can be any residential (or residential-looking) environment; a house, an apartment, a bungalow, a condo, etc. *Our dates are also somewhat flexible, please inquire for more info. ——— We will pay you $1500 or more depending on the condition of your space and ease of access for filming.
