Kitty small $40 rehoming fee

I am unfortunately having to rehome my kitty. She is a sweet kitty once she feels comfortable with you. She is not fixed yet so she does go through heat still. She is good with dogs, she loves my dog. I'm not sure about other cats as we don't have any other cats. I have a specialty litter box, a cat tree, a water fountain, a kitty bed and some food that i would be willing to let go for a small fee if needed.
