MTSI is a small, fast growing Industrial Equipment sales, installation, and repair company. (Tanks, Conveyors, Material handling, etc.) for bulk material companies. (Utilities, Food Processing, Frac Sand, etc.)
MTSI is also growing fast in the Dust Prevention Equipment sales and maintenance business. (Dust Inspections, Collectors, Filter Replacement, etc.) (For School work shops, cement plts, lumber mills, food processing, etc.)
MTSI's work occurs in several states requiring travel for extended periods of time, ability to get along with others, and abe to solve issues as they occur. Some on-site fabrication/welding is usually needed. Looking for all types of labor: both skilled (Welding/Engineering) and unskilled. Work in teams on projects. Must be able to travel. Must be able to pass Drug tests to get on most Client sites. Wages start at $20/Hr and goes up based on skills and experience. Start as 1099 contractors and Employment offers (with benefits) / pay raises can come quickly.
