Need errand run

Wondering if there is anyone that can help run an errand for me. I recently got a total hip replacement and cannot drive or safely get into a Lyft ride just yet. I need someone to drop by my address, pick up a pre-paid visa card to cover all charges, run to the liquor store and pick up two bottles of Vodka, and two pack of smokes from a convenience store. You would have $25 available on the same card for either (Liquor, smokes, gas). Then drop them off and enjoy your day. Let me know if this is something you can do sometime today between 11-2? The closest liquor store is at 5278 W Anthem Peak Ln, Herriman, UT. Total time from my home to there and back would not exceed 30 min. Text John and we can go from there. Thanks
