We are currently in need of an experienced Full-Time Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate, and a Part-Time Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team. Offering $1,000 sign-on bonus! The ideal Candidates: • Are highly professional and dependable • Are focused on safety and customer service • Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor • Are trustworthy and ethical beyond reproach • Are motivated to get the job done • Team oriented & punctual • Must have clean driving record • Background check and drug test required • Are able to stand, bend, capable of some heaving lifting • Are Computer proficient Automotive Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities: • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials • Picking and filling orders from stock • Packing and shipping orders • Managing, organizing and retrieving stock. • The vital liaison between the parts supply to the on-site service shop. Automotive Parts Counter Person Duties and Responsibilities: • Promptly meet and assist both the technician and the retail guest in a friendly and courteous manner. • Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest in a timely manner. • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system. • Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. • Stock incoming inventory in the correct location. • Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner. • Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities. • Create and maintain merchandising display to promote product sales. • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Available Benefits can include: • On-Site Training • Paid Vacation • 401k Plan • Health & Dental Plans • Solid job security with a stable family-owned organization • Great opportunities for career advancement Compensation Range, based upon experience: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
