I have a whole house renovation project that is ready to start and I am looking to hire all trades Project is 900 sq ft total I'm willing to hire a GC or individual trades All contractors must be licensed and insured OR able to get a permit pulled for their work. NO exceptions Trades required -Electric (panel box is already installed; needs everything else) -Plumbing (supply and drains for tub, shower, vanity and kitchen sink) -HVAC (2 ton gas forced air gas furnace and central air) -Drywall (installation, finishing and painting) -Tile bathroom and kitchen floors -Vinyl plank flooring everywhere else No phone calls.
