We've recently released our first album over on Bandcamp. It would be awesome if you go check it out. We do pop/prog rock with a bit of Eastern European influence thanks to our singer being from Tbilisi, Georgia. Though, our music sometimes extends into experimental or art rock territories as well. A bit about our band: Blackjack Rose is an eclectic mix of musicians and musical styles. Our songs touch upon many genres, but the band isn't defined by any one label. Each song stands on its own; there is no attempt to mold a song to fit a “sound”. We want our music to be immediately enjoyable and accessible to new listeners, and yet not sound too familiar. We're based out of the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Erdenheim, East Falls, Ben Salem, and Havertown, so we play at various venues around the area. If you see us around and you're in the area, come out and see our shows! We try to perform once or twice a month.
