Garden Bed Demoed and Redone

Looking for someone to demo and redo the front garden bed. Remove all the plants, install new timbers and make it low maintenance as possible. I am open to ideas on what to do in this area which would make it low maintenance or maintenance free. I have attached picture for reference. The box on the left is 13ftx 4.5ft and box on the right is 14ftx4.5ft. The property is located in Bellmawr NJ. Please email with your quote for labor.
