Greenkey Storage - Pasadena at 5514 Allen Genoa *Ready to hire immediately. Make your own schedule. Negotiable $30-50/week (2-3 hours/week) paid weekly. Looking for a part-time groundskeeper / property manager to keep clean a Self Storage facility. This is not a very difficult job and can be done quickly. The facility only has ~70 units. Simply need to stop by the property 2x per week: - Maintain a clean property by picking up trash - Sweep out units after a tenant moves out to get them ready for a new rental - Able to send photos using a phone - Identify maintenance items - We have cameras at the facility but you will be our eyes and ears on the ground - At times will need to lift large items to be put in the on-site dumpster - Will need your own vehicle - (preferred) access to a truck and simple tools - (preferred) ability to communicate in English and Spanish *Most importantly we are looking for someone with integrity.
