We are looking for someone who is dependable, has good communication, and the ability to complete tasks and follow directions. For this position, you must: Have reliable access to a car Have reliable access to a smartphone Be willing to learn & follow our systems & processes Have experience with property maintenance or similar jobs Submit at least 1 reference Have experience in either plumbing, electrical or HVAC Have experience working with Sheetrock Know how to snake drain lines Part time: 20-25 hours per week.
