Description
Studio owners would like to hire an experienced full-time Housekeeper/ Assistant to care for their homes/studio. The right candidate will take initiative, have great cleaning skills, and have past experience working in a large home and/or office.
Primary responsibilities will include the general cleaning of the home, daily graces and household organizational projects. Additional tasks will include running small errands (ie: dry cleaning) and overseeing vendors doing work at the house.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: M-F 9AM-3PM or 10AM-4PM
Full-time: 30 to 40 hours per week
Regular tidying of home
Running errands e.g. run to the grocery store, etc.
Occasionally driving home occupant on local errands (as needed)
Dishes/ Laundry - Including managing any outsourced services
Breaking Down Boxes/ Taking out Trash
Household/Studio Organization Projects
Maintaining Household Inventory
Food Shopping/ Maintaining refrigerator & pantry
Maintaining replacement towels, TP, napkins, house soaps, etc.
Occasional help w/ shipments & returns
Preparing Occasional Meals (not necessary, only a plus!)

No children or pets to clean up after. Most of the day to day maintenance is focused on making sure the busy areas of the house are kept tidy and the garbage is taken out. The vast majority of the work will be needed in Goodlettsville; 2-4x a month you may be needed at the condo for a cleaning.
