Solstice Sleep Products is looking for hard-working driven individuals to come join our new 2022 team, and help us manage the tremendous growth we are experiencing at our Columbus manufacturing facility! Current schedules operate 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm and 6am-2:30pm, with some overtime required. However, please note: we are looking to transition to a 4-day 10-hr work week into the spring as the weather warms! ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here at Solstice, we are happy to teach anyone that wants to learn. While the list below includes most of our positions, we will train new team members in whichever role and department they are best suited for. Positions: Tape-edge operator Quilt machine operator Mattress builder Box spring upholstery Wood frame builder Sewing machine operator Material handler Receiving and shipping handler Starting rate is $16hr, with the ability to move up to $20hr within 6 months.
