In need of general maintenance worker(s). Customer service a must. Positive attitude is everything and a general willingness to work. This is not the place for playing on your cellphone - Not looking for an entitled or troubled person. We want people who have drive and want to succeed with us. This is a fairly straight forward job, with a good crew of people. We need a few other positive people to join us. Various general maintenance on high-rise apartment building in downtown Ann Arbor. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge needed (able to install flush valves, cable drains, replace garbage disposals, etc.) Removal of carpet and installation of vinyl flooring (you will be doing a lot of this, be certain this is something you can do.) Trash removal - Multiple floors (requirement - if you are above pulling trash, do not apply). Assembling and moving furniture. Painting and drywall repairs Other general maintenance items. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
