Negotiable starting wage for experience in mobile homes, modular buildings, modular classrooms, helical earth anchors or walkway systems*** 1 Stop Modular is hiring and looking to fill 6 immediate positions. We are a veteran-owned, family-operated business serving Fl since 2009. We are excited about the growth that we are currently experiencing and potential to benefit you, as well! Now Hiring for Building Crews and Walkway Crews! Requirements: * Must have a positive attitude * Must have no violence nor sexual convictions on background * Must have reliable transportation to our shop (Christmas, Fl) * OT and travel state-wide may be required (travel expense and transportation provided) * Must be hard working, reliable and able to tolerate outside conditions Buildings/Walkways Crew Member job description: * Execute orders as directed by superiors (Owners/Project Manager/Crew Lead) * Carry/lift/haul 50+ pounds * Walking/sitting/kneeling/crawling in the dirt, ground, grass, concrete and asphalt * Accurately and efficiently using tape measure/level/cordless impact driver and other cordless/corded tools/aviation tin snips/wrenches/saws * Safe use of ladders and adherence to 1 Stop safety policies, conduct and dress code * Foundation work (piers and pads) * Moving buildings floors into place (setting and stripping) * Racking and bolting building floors together (racking and plating) * Exteriors (plating, mate line, mod covers, and building to building mod covers) * Dry in (roofs) * Interiors (carpet bar, batten strips, electric connections, A/C duct connections, ceiling grid and tiles) * Anchors and strapping (driving anchors, strapping building or anchor sleeve) * Clean ups/blow outs/load ups * Model outstanding conduct and lead by example Compensation: * No experience necessary, starting pay $13 per hour w/increase to $14-$15 after job and safety training (usually 2-6 weeks) * Experienced starting pay at $14-$15 per hour and beyond! (Following job and safety training usually 2-4 weeks) * For travel we pay one way for ride time 1+ hour to jobsite, nightly per diem & hotel * We guarantee a 4 hour minimum pay rate * Company appreciation $100 gift cards for Thanksgiving and Christmas * Incentives and bonus profit-sharing throughout year at owner's discretion (performance-based) * End of the year bouses up to $2500 (no guarantee/based off yearly profits and performance) If interested, Please respond by email and a interview will be scheduled.
