Dallas animal services has been doing free adoptions for over a year now, and it is still ongoing. I have seen multiple people on here selling dogs that they got for free from Dallas animal services, I find this to be absolutely disgusting. Do not pay these people, they do not deserve money for their irresponsibility. If the dog is chipped and fixed, that means they got it for free from Dallas animal services don't pay them. People who are responsible enough to pay that much money to get their dogs microchipped and spayed and neutered do not just give them up on Craigslist.
