Need to re-home my Pitbull Mix

I need to re-home my pitbull mix. She is very sweet and friendly and loves to be loved. She is just about 1 year old so still has puppy mannerism but is overall a great dog and is good with other dogs as well. I'm sad to let her go but I'm hoping she can go to a great home where she will be loved and cared for.
