Small Home Improvement contractor based in Riverview in search of Handyman / Bathroom Remodelers / multi skilled. Must have Experience with bathroom remodeling. Including Demo, light interior framing, cement board/drywall install, Installing shower wall tile, small bathroom floors, vinyl plank and etc.. If you know how to do mud shower bases that would be a plus too. This is a 1099 independent subcontractor position you must have own business with a LLC or INC & WC exempt. Must have own vehicle, hand tools and small power tools to complete job. *I'm not looking for crews at this time, basically most jobs are a one man job. Full time work available for the right individual. Good opportunity for growing your business. Pay based on experience and the job. Must be reliable.
