Lost Black Tote Bag with American Flag design with pairs of dress pant

I lost a black tote bag with an American flag design on it the bag contained two pairs of dress pants in the bag. I left the tote bag on a CitiBike around 2:00 pm on December 1 at 6th Avenue and 33rd Street bike dock. When I went back to the CitiBike to get the tote back the bag was gone. It was not there. I was on my way to the Nordstrom Rack on 6th Avenue and 31th Street to drop the pants to be hemmed. I need the tote back ASAP they are part of the suits that I have one is a Calvin Klein and the other is a Ralph Lauren suit. Please return the bag to me and contact me at . Please I need the tote bag back and the pants returned to me asap.
