Need help moving my dad into his new apartment

I need 1-2 people to help me move my dad into his new 2-bedroom apartment in Lakewood, Colorado when he arrives, which will be the 19th, 20th, or 21st of January. He does not have anything very heavy, but he is older and I don't want him lifting much. And there are some things that one person won't be able to move by themselves (I can't do this without help). If interested, please send me: 1) How much weight you can comfortably and safely lift and carry repeatedly (must be at least 40lbs) 2) Do you have a dolly you could bring that might help us? (not required, just a plus) 3) Do you have any experience mounting a TV to a wall? (not required, just a plus) 4) Do you have any experience re-assembling furniture? (not required, just a plus) 5) Your availability Wed Jan 19th, Thur Jan 20th, and Fri Jan 21st (my dad will be arriving one of those days) 6) A picture of yourself (so I can see that you're normal) 7) A phone number (so I can contact you) 8) Why you're interested in this gig (doesn't have to be long, a single sentence is fine) 9) Do you own and are you willing to wear a mask while indoors? (not my rules, but by local mandate and posted signage at the apartment complex, we will all have to wear a mask except while outside) Pay is $30 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Payment will be in cash. Please anticipate between 2 and 5 hours. My dad and I both reserve the right (but not the obligation) to tip above the $30 per hour for exceptional work.
