They are: · Accelerate Revenue Growth · Significant Profit Growth · Improved Customer Service · Continuous Improvement The Leonard Outdoor Building Installation Specialist & Driver provides excellent customer service and superior quality work in the local delivery, unloading and installation of Leonard Outdoor buildings. This job requires keen attention to detail and hands-on work in ensuring that each customer’s outdoor building is delivered and installed correctly on their property. It also requires working independently in all elements. Leonard provides all equipment and permits. In this position, you are a full-time employee of Leonard, so no personal overhead investments are needed. Successful Leonard Drivers can make between $45,000 - $60,000 per year depending on production and performance. What skills does the job require? · Driving a truck that pulls a 24’-36’ Trailer to deliver and install outdoor buildings · Prior experience with maneuvering trucks with large trailers in challenging outdoor environments (between trees, overhead wiring, etc) · An excellent Customer Service focus · Experience with loading and unloading large products (comparable to small buildings) · Installation of Outdoor buildings, including blocking and levelling · Ability to think critically and find solutions · Capable of standing, lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. · Good driving record · Honest, trustworthy, and dependable · Availability for work up to 50 hours per week What does Leonard Offer? · Paid training coupled with a generous compensation plan.
