If you are pregnant, or a mother at any stage of postpartum recovery, we invite you to join us for this special 60-minute workshop led by Dorina Kroll of Potomac Physical Therapy & Rehab. You will learn exercises that you can practice every day to strengthen and rehab the pelvic floor. Registration includes a complimentary health assessment with Dorina onsite. Space in the studio room is limited to 16 clients and masks are required (K95 or N95 highly encouraged). Barre3 is a full-body workout combining strength training, cardio and mindfulness. Our signature approach gives a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn—without pain in areas of the body prone to injury. Every posture is fully adaptable so you leave feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Barre3 is located at 4829 Cordell Ave in the heart of downtown Bethesda.
