Toddler Time: ABCs and 123s is for children ages 2 or 3. For Saratoga Springs library card holders; each child needs to be registered. Toddler Time: ABCs and 123s is for children ages 2 or 3 who have outgrown the baby story time, but aren’t quite ready for Preschool Pals. This 20-minute storytime has a basic early preschool curriculum and covers a number, color, or letter of the alphabet; we read one or two books and sing lots of songs, with plenty of opportunities for both kids and their grownups to get some wiggles out. Registration required for participating children; for Saratoga Springs Library card holders. All children's programming is held upstairs, in the City Council Chambers; follow signage.
