Light tan and brown small terrier got loose yesterday while being groomed at Diva grooming on Smith st in Providence. Smith st/ Oakland ave area intersection. His name is Toby, he a therapy dog for a woman with severe anxiety. He has no collar or tags on because he was being groomed at Diva grooming wheee they careless let him out the door.
